How do you ensure all your electronic communications are compliant? Whether on Outlook, Teams, or Slack, nowadays we are in constant dialogue with colleagues, customers, and vendors. Electronic communication has evolved to the point where we cannot imagine working without it. It’s transformed the way we work, it’s efficient, and it’s convenient, but with all this great convenience also comes great potential liability from non-compliant communications. All it takes is one mishap, one mistake, or one bad actor to put your organisation at risk.
Dr Cristian Gherhes and Karl Wyborn will talk about how AI is powering Next Generation Compliance, making real-time risk prevention and training possible on electronic communications. Cristian will be showcasing how Lexverify’s AI-powered assistant helps prevent legal, regulatory, and cyber risks in real time, as you are typing, by making risk prevention as easy as spell checking. From competition law and anti-bribery & corruption to sanctions and GDPR, Lexverify helps ensure all your electronic communications are compliant; every email, every message, every time.

Virtually the entirety of Karl’s career has been in sales. It is a passion that has taken him all over the world. It has spanned selling (the investment bank) JPMorgan’s products to some of the largest financial services companies in the world; to joining a VC backed start-up where, as employee number seven, he was originally the only dedicated salesperson in the company. During his career he has been based in London, New York and Hong Kong from where he has operated as an individual contributor as well as a sales leader running regional or global sales teams of up to 60 individuals. The Insight he gained over 25 years prompted him to write, Why People Buy, a ground breaking study of what differentiates elite salespeople from the remainder.
