Ardi Sutedja K., Chairman & Co-Founder, Indonesia Cyber Security Forum (ICSF), Indonesia
Ardi Sutedja K., is the Chairman & the Co-Founder of the Indonesia Cyber Security Forum (ICSF). The forum itself is the only non-profit professional civil society multistakeholder organization in Indonesia focusing in the area of Cyber Security & Cyber Resilience. The ICSF was founded in 2014, which was at the same time the initiative of establishing Indonesia’s first Cyber Security Agency was initiated.
He started his career in the area of Information Security Management while serving with the Indonesian Army. And after leaving the military service, he then pursued a career with the Government of Indonesia (GOI) and was then among the first early adopters of the concept now widely known as Cyber Security. And he has more than 30 years of experiences in this area, which has also now become a lifetime passion.
Apart from his past career with GOI, he is now also actively pursuing a senior management role with a company within the State-Owned Enterprises eco-system focusing in nurturing the small medium enterprises going digital. He is also active in the lecture circuit, lecturing on the wide ranges of topics on cyber security, data protection and artificial intelligence, both domestically and abroad.
Ardi earned his Bachelor’s degree in law from the University of Indonesia and also earned several Graduate Degree & Certificates from several US-based institutions of higher learning. As a professional, as well as a former senior government official, Ardi has undergone continuous specialized education and training, which has earned him numerous professional competence and certification in Cyber Security, Cyber Intelligence, Cyber Psychology, Cyber Resilience and Cyber Warfare from various reputable military and intelligence training institutions in the United States, Germany, United Kingdom, Canada and South Korea.
Jean-Louis Perrier, Director, Africa Cybersecurity Resource Center (ACRC), Senegal
Jean-Louis holds a MSc in Computer Science, and an MBA from HEC Paris. He has great experience in ICT, Security, Fraud, and Risk in the financial, telecom and fintech sectors.
Building on the lessons learned as cofounder of Suricate Solutions, a company dedicated to Cyber Security in Africa, Jean-Louis is now the program Director of ACRC.
ACRC is a unique not-for-profit public-private partnership consortium based in Dakar, Senegal, dedicated to improving the cyber resilience of over 4.000 financial institutions in Africa (banks, microfinance institutions, insurance and microinsurance, FinTechs, Digital Financial Services Providers and central banks) and protect their >300 M customers against cyber threats.
ACRC’s key focusses are Threat Information and Best Practices sharing, Capacity Building, Research, Development and Innovation, Strategic and Regulatory Advisory for central banks, Cybersecurity Incident response, Security Supervision, Gender Gap bridging. ACRC is funded by the African Digital Financial Inclusion Facility (ADFI), a trust fund managed by the African Development Bank.
Sarah Corley, Founder & CEO, Alliance of Digital Finance Associations, South Africa
Sarah is the Founder and CEO of the Alliance of Digital Finance Associations (AllianceDFA). She has over 23 years’ experience, forming associations, networks, and communities, fostering forming strategic partnerships and collaborations, and leading continuous professional development. She is passionate about and specialises in the importance of networks, sharing knowledge, developing best practices, and working collaboratively to bring innovation, efficiency, and social impact.
AllianceDFA’s aim is to establish, strengthen, and represent Digital Finance and Fintech Associations to drive digital financial services that are inclusive, enable resilience, and economic growth. AllianceDFA convenes its members to catalyse action and collaboration and are the global voice of the inclusive digital finance profession. Sarah has fostered the formation of almost 20 digital finance/fintech associations across Africa and Asia and has created an Accelerator Program to promote their continual growth, maximise their impact, and ensure long-term sustainability. She has participated in webinars and conferences, and authored articles on cultivating alliances and associations, optimising collaborations, and building ecosystems within digital finance.
In her previous role as Divisional Director at Digital Frontiers, she facilitated a program of opportunities to ensure continual professional development of the digital finance profession, including moderating over 70 webinars, establishing the annual Pathway to 17 Summit, and creating Communities of Practice reaching across more than 50 countries. Sarah has an MA in HR Management and is a Certified Digital Finance Practitioner (CDFP).
